Stay Healthy & Balanced in Spring

Tips for Spring season

Spring is the season during which the Kapha (water and earth) Dosha (body type) predominates. The warmth of the sun starts melting the snow and likewise all accumulated Kapha (often stored as mucus) also starts melting and becoming more liquid.
