First of all here is wishing you all a Very Happy New Year! I hope that all of you have had a good break and every one is ready for the new year. Its hard to believe how quickly 2013 flew by and here we are with fresh opportunities and lots of promise for 2014.
I have had a great break with my family. It involved us traveling to India and discovering newer territories in India! And Rajasthan, Udaipur was on the list. Here are some beautiful pictures from my visit.
While in India, I got the opportunity to review a few Ayurvedic Spas. Here is my first review of the The Spa @ Sheraton in Udaipur. Click Here. Going forward please look out for this space as I plan to review an Ayurvedic Spa/Clinic/Centre every 2 months.
As we all know time flies. And time has flown for two of my special students for Yoga. Almost a year has flown by and now they are ready to take on their individual journey as Yoga Teachers.
Sue Sharp: Sue, having worked in the TV/Media industry for the many years, decided to embark and continue on with her much loved passion of becoming a full time yoga teacher. She has been practising yoga for 20 years, incorporating different styles of Hatha yoga and has now completed the 200 hr teacher training course with Ayurveda Pura Academy. Sue currently teaches at her yoga studio on the island of Wheatleys Eyot in Sunbury on Thames. She hopes to be teaching on retreats. If you would like details on this retreat please contact: email@example.com
Pavlina Holicova: Pavlina is one of our Ayurvedic Therapists at the Ayurveda Pura Health Spa who went on to train as a Yoga teacher too. The training will give her a very good basis to combine Ayurveda and Yoga as one approach. Yoga practice has become an important part of her life as it gives her strength & energy & it helps her stay positive, keep her inner peace & be mentally & physically healthy. She is now trained in the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Module and Ayurveda Pura Academy course is accredited by Yoga Alliance. If you are looking to book Yoga lessons with her you can contact her at firstname.lastname@example.org
Talking about courses, the Ayurvedic Diet and Lifestyle Consultant Course which commences in February is getting filled up very soon. So if you are looking to train as an Ayurvedic Consultant, get in touch with our Academy team as soon as possible. The Ayurvedic Therapist Course too is getting booked up. so this is you chance to register on the courses to experience the wonderful science of Ayurveda.
Here is once again wishing you all a great year ahead and I look forward to hopefully seeing you some of you in this coming year!
