Hay fever which is also called as allergic rhinitis shows symptoms of runny nose, sneezing, itching eyes, scratchy throat, and itching, swelling, or hives on the skin. Often, people seem to have a cold. It is due to allergies to pollen or other substances during specific times of the year. Foods:
