At last the sun is here. And hopefully summer is here to stay!
My days and weeks have been busy with plenty of travelling and teaching.
First was a trip to Belfast to train approximately 18 people for the Ayurvedic Foot massage treatment. It was hectic and yet quite exciting. This gave me a chanc
e to meet some beautiful souls and find out more about their lives and work. And of course the lovely Colleen Cairns, it is always such a pleasure to see her and share thoughts, ideas and info.
No sooner was I getting out of the Belfast effect, there was another trip to Dublin. This
time it was for a workshop to talk about Ayurveda to people from Aveda. For many of you who don’t know, I act as an Ayurvedic consultant/expert on Ayurveda to deliver lectures, seminars and talks at Aveda. And for many of you who may not know Aveda is based on the principles of Ayurveda! So it is really nice to see that people are going back to original roots of evolution and development through nature.
One of the students from the Ayurveda Pura Academy, Marion Smith, has now started her a practice from the Bath Natural Medical Centre in Bath. So if you are looking for any Ayurvedic massage therapies and are based in or around Bath, she would be the best person to go to. Contact us should you need further details of Marion Smith.
One of my favourite people, Jay Morgan Hyrons will be running a one day workshop on 4th August at the Ayurveda Pura Health Spa.
Topic: Stress & Mindfulness Workshop; If you have migraine, eczema, muscle aches, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, ME, IBS, high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma or any other chronic condition this workshop is for you! Learn how to deal with stress in a constructive way and either improve existing chronic conditions or eliminate the symptoms.
Please contact Jay Hyrons on firstname.lastname@example.org or call on 07956 350688 directly to book your space. Also please remember places are limited. So the sooner you book the better!
The next batch of the Yoga Teacher Training course will be commencing this month. It has already been a year since the last batch started their course. Time has flown by quickly. And not to mention that all our diploma courses are getting quite popular and fill up very quickly so if you are planning any further studies with Ayurveda Pura Academy, then now would be the time to enroll yourself.
Also don’t forget to read about us in The Daily Mail, The Wharf, Healthy by Holland and Barrett.
Enjoy the sun!
